Program Overview

Part 1

Overcome Adversity

After your onboarding call and introductory session, you’ll dive into the Unstoppable Growth content, tackling different accountability questions to track your progress. Part 1 is structured into three powerful sessions:

1. Expect Breakthrough

2. Know Your Enemy

3. Own Your Story

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear roadmap for overcoming whatever is holding you back. You’ll then join us on a coaching call where we’ll review your insights and prepare you to move confidently into Part 2.

Part 2

Uncover Your Potential

After completing Part 1, you’ll turn your focus to uncovering your God-given potential. You’ll discover the silver lining of your past through a personal Kairos Life Map, you'll craft a life-giving why statement, begin building your 5 Capitals and discovering your spiritual role. Part 2 is organized into three powerful sessions:

5. Build Your Capital

6. Step Into Your Role

By the end of Part 2, you’ll have a clear understanding of your unique God-given potential. You’ll then join us on a coaching call where we’ll review your insights and equip you to step confidently into Part 3.

Part 3

Live Your Purpose

After completing Part 2, you’ll shift your focus to living out your potential. You’ll create your Unstoppable Growth Vision Board with simple, actionable goals and you’ll identify the very people God is calling you to influence and serve. This part is structured into three powerful sessions:

8. Set Your Boundaries

9. Invest in Your People

By the end of Part 3, you will have completed the Unstoppable Growth Program with a clear grasp of your passion (Why Statement), your resources (5 Capitals), and the people you’re called to serve (People of Peace).

You’ll then join us for a final coaching call where we’ll celebrate your takeaways, leave-behinds, and next steps.
